Financial Option

We pay the rent on behalf of the client.
We receive, check and pay all utility and Council Tax accounts.
We provide a management report and a single monthly or quarterly invoice to the client in respect of fees and disbursements. Reports and invoicing can be per property, per group or budget group, or can cover any other client selection.

Property Management Option

We provide a single point of contact for the employee for the reporting and progressing of all maintenance at the property throughout the tenancy.
As a further optional extra, we can arrange for one of our staff to attend at the property and await tradesmen, etc. Any such attendances are charged on a time and mileage plus disbursements basis.

Complete FullCare Service This combines both the Financial and Property Management Options, at a reduced monthly fee. The combined service also includes automatic warning of tenancy expiry, and the arrangement of renewals upon receipt of your instructions.

How It Works

Financial Option. Each month or quarter, we send the client a schedule of rental payments due. Accompanying this is a listing, using your reporting criteria (e.g. budget code), of all utility and other payments made for each property. We summarise rents and disbursements, and produce a payment request for funds to be transferred to us. Instead of making multiple payments, you only need to make one payment. You save on bank charges, and administrative time. All the payments that we make are done electronically, using in-house BACS (three working day payment cycle) and CHAPS (immediate payments - same day clearance) terminals.

Property Management Option. Your employee calls, faxes, or e-mails us with a report of any maintenance required at the property. We report this to the Managing Agent or the Landlord, and liaise with the employee to ensure that maintenance works are carried out as quickly, and painlessly, as possible.
