Facilities Setup

Once a suitable property has been found and secured, we can assist you with getting it ready for occupation. We can offer you as much, or as little assistance as you might need. For small jobs, we can introduce you directly to tried and trusted suppliers who will work directly for you. 

For larger jobs, we can provide a project management service that takes care of both your budget and the day to day hassles, leaving you free to concentrate on your core business. Most project managers will charge you a fee as a percentage of the contract value. We don't!! Just like our other services, we only charge you for work actually done, on a time, mileage and disbursements basis. 

We have direct experience of arranging and supervising:

Interior Design and Layout. Using external specialist sub-contractors.

Building Works. From complete refurbishment, replacement partitioning, etc., to minor facelifts and decorating works.

Flooring. Wood and specialist laminate floors. Carpet tiles  Embedded logos, etc.

Electrical. Complete rewiring and the provision of specialist supplies.

Data and Telephony. CAT5 cabling. New switchboards.

Computer Equipment. Setup and test of all equipment. Networking in NT4.0 and WIN2000. Firewall and Internet Security.

Removals. Packing up of the old office, organising the physical removal, and unpacking. Rubbish removal.
