The following web addresses link to the websites of many different Christian denominations and churches in the UK. Most of the websites will provide contact details or a nationwide directory of places of worship.

www.cofe.anglican.org is the official website of the Church of England with links to Diocesan websites and contact details. The site includes a church search but it relies on updates from the churches so is incomplete.

www.christianity.org.uk is the website of the Christian Enquiry Agency, which provides information to people outside the church about the Christian faith. It includes links to websites of other Christian organisations.

www.kingdomseek.co.uk is a website where you can search for almost anything to do with Christianity within the UK and outside of the country. There are links to religious denominations and churches, also Christian companies, education and even radio stations. You can search for a particular Bible passage, and there are daily messages and readings for Christians to study.

www.anglicancommunion.org is the official website of the Anglican Communion, providing resources and links to information about the work of the Anglican / Episcopalian family of churches in over 160 countries.

www.eauk.org The website of The Evangelical Alliance, an umbrella body serving more than a million evangelical Christians from some 30 denominations.

www.finders.uk.net A free service that helps young people moving to a new area in the UK to get involved in a church or fellowship by introducing them to a local Christian.

www.baptist.org.uk The website of The Baptist Union of Great Britain

www.churchnet.org.uk  has web listings and links to UK churches and religious groups. Brethren Churches are to be found here.

www.catholic-ew.org.uk The website for the Catholic church where you can search by diocese and parish for your local church.

www.lds.org.uk A website for The Church of the Latter Day Saints includes links to Missions, Stakes and Institutes of Religion in the UK.

www.lutheran.co.uk is the Evangelical Lutheran Church of England website including a directory of Lutheran churches.

www.methodist.org.uk  The official website of the Methodist Church of Great Britain, it includes a web directory of churches in the UK.

www.pioneer.org.uk Pioneer is a grouping of independent evangelical churches. Their web site includes details of congregation meetings and contacts.  

www.quaker.org.uk Use the postcode search to find your nearest meeting.

www.salvationarmy.org.uk  The website for the United Kingdom Territory with links to regional headquarters.

www.unitarian.org.uk has listings of churches by area and contact details.

www.urc.org.uk The United Reformed Church website which has a directory of local churches and links to their websites.

www.vineyardchurchesuk.com The UK arm of the Vineyard churches, includes a directory of Vineyard Churches.

www.watchtower.org  is the official site of Jehovah's Witnesses and has details of how to contact them.
