Many towns provide sport and leisure centre facilities, often located at one venue.

These facilities usually provide a swimming pool, fitness centre, gymnasium, sports hall, aerobics, squash courts, badminton, table tennis, athletics (track and field), outdoor all-weather multi-purpose floodlit court, bar and cafeteria, and a crèche.
