Key staff who are responsible for service delivery and service quality are as follows:

	Craig Vassie, Managing Partner. A founding partner and Chartered Engineer with a background in high value project management, Craig is responsible for day to day management of the firm. Craig continues to do face to face client work, and many transferees rightly appreciate his unique expertise in solving their complex relocation problems quickly and painlessly.
	Jan Vassie, Partner & Quality Manager. Jan is an HR professional who moved from HR management in the Health Service to start The Relocation Bureau in 1986. She is now our in-house education specialist, and is adept at placing expatriate children into the right school. Jan is also responsible for monitoring service quality, and for collecting and publishing transferee feedback.
	Cathie Swanson, Partner & Operations Manager. Cathie joined the firm in 1993, becoming a Partner in 1999. Cathie is our Operations Manager, responsible for service delivery. She has great experience of international relocation, and her personal and supportive approach endears her to her clients.

Our partners and staff have a combined total of just under 70 years hands-on client-facing experience in dealing with both domestic and international relocation. The firm became the regional service partner for PHH Homequity (now Cendant Mobility) in 1987, and now works as the UK service partner for several major US relocation companies, including SIRVA.
