diocese has a network of Church schools. Most dioceses have
a policy of welcoming children of all faiths or none, from within
their school catchment area. If
you want your children to go to a Church school, ask the school
for a brochure. The brochure will tell you whether the school is
a Voluntary Aided Church School or a Voluntary Controlled Church
School and if there are any criteria for admission. You can also
ask to see how the school does in relation to national tests.
