Authorisation |
On
request we send a work authorisation to the client contact.
This is signed and any special instructions or notes are added
by the client contact. It is then faxed back to us. |

Initial Contact
|
We
immediately make initial contact with the employee by telephone.
We explain the service to be provided, and agree a date for
the tour. We send the employee a brief questionnaire for completion
and return to our counsellor. |
Introduction |
We
meet the family and review the target area over coffee, using
local maps and street maps to show housing and school locations,
and to show local attractions and facilities.

Driving Tour |
We
drive around the target area, visiting all towns and villages
in the area. In a city, we visit as many suitable locations
as possible. We review possible housing areas and schools,
and use our knowledge of the property market to give examples
of local sales and rental activity. We drive past local schools,
and visit shopping centres, sports centres, and other area
amenities and facilities.

Debriefing & Action Planning |
return to our starting point and review what we've seen, what
the family's general impressions of the area were, and what
further action needs to be planned
