We offer two Home Sale schemes, and a Managed Rental service for outgoing expatriates who wish to rent out their property. Our Tenancy Termination service helps to take care of everything to do with a tenancy termination. The Home Care service option looks after an empty property whilst up for sale. We provide Group Move support for a number of large corporate clients. Where a client is planning to move a group of staff, we're able to provide specific assistance in presenting the move to employees. Whilst we would find it hard to change the overall image of Slough as a work location, for example, we can stress the more positive aspects of the surrounding housing areas and amenities, such as Burnham Beeches, and Windsor. We can set up on-site information rooms, updating displays on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We can also organise group orientation tours, visiting the new area by coach, and giving each family their own individual information pack. We provide a complete range of Management Services. Our FullCare Service provides a single point of contact full tenancy management service, including rent and utility bill payment, for clients.
