Programme
Elements
Initial
Contact |
We
make initial contact with the employee by telephone, discuss
the service which we will provide, and make an appointment
to visit the property.
|
Counselling
|
We
meet with the transferee at the property, advise on the rental
market, likely rent achievable, and action required to prepare
the property for letting.
|
Marketing
Programme |
We
place the property on the rental market with local agents,
and report progress and any offers. If the property is empty
we visit regularly to check security, and to ensure that the
property is kept in marketable condition.
|
Tenancy
Start |
Upon
acceptance of an offer we take up references on the tenant
for approval, issue draft tenancy agreements, accept initial
moneys and a security deposit, and organise the inventory
check-in.
|
Management
|
During
the tenancy we provide a management service, collecting the
rent, and arranging for any repairs to be completed.
|
Taxation
|
For
expatriates we provide annual letting accounts for the Inland
Revenue and act as their UK agents for tax purposes.
