full Removals Service is described below. This service may be taken
as part of a Home Search service at no extra cost.
Initial Contact |
We forward an information pack about the service, and a copy
of our guide "Planning Your Move" to the transferee
and follow this with a telephone call to introduce our counsellor,
review the programme, and answer any queries.

Quotations |
Depending on the programme agreed with the client, we invite up to three
approved suppliers to quote for the removal. We report the
quotations to the client, with our recommendations.

Disconnect Assist |
We can provide our Disconnect Assist Service to terminate any
existing utility and telephone accounts on the removal date.
Accounts can be sent to us for settlement.

Change Of Address |
We provide 100 personalised Change Of Address notifications for
the family to send out to friends and relatives. If required
we notify banks, credit card companies, etc., of the Change
Of Address.

Removal |
On the day of the move we are available by telephone (7 days
a week) to assist with any problem.

Utilities |
We arrange for transfer of the utility and telephone accounts
at the new location.
|
Follow Up |
We telephone the family the day after the move is completed and
action any queries. Our quality manager sends a "How
Did We Do?" questionnaire to the transferee. We make
a further follow up call after four weeks, and continue to
be available by telephone for as long as the family needs
our help and advice.
